Services

We provide copier, printer and multifunction equipment repair, maintenance, supplies and consulting. Descriptions on this site are general; the scope of any specific job is defined by the written estimate you approve.

Estimates and payment

Diagnostic fees are quoted before dispatch. Repair work proceeds only after you approve a written estimate. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Additional faults discovered during a repair are quoted separately.

Warranty

Labor and parts installed by us carry a 90-day warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power events, third-party repairs, non-approved supplies or normal consumable wear.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up device settings and stored documents, for providing safe access to equipment, and for disclosing known prior repairs or modifications.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or data.
